Price Waterhouse Coopers employs two thousand people at it’s head office at 1 Embankment Place. The new fit out included five previously unused terraces, all of which have spectacular views over London. The brief was to create break out areas for hospitality, work and relaxation, with a high emphasis on using recycled materials and creating green fauna attracting zones which would enhance the biodiversity of the city. The terraces helped PWC achieve the highest BREEAM rating recorded worldwide.
Scotscape completed the hard and soft Landscaping work in August 2013. The work included paving, decking, bed construction, the erection of a living wall and planting. The team produced high quality work on time and within budget under difficult working conditions. Their work has been praised by all who have seen it.
