Angus Cunningham

In 1985, Angus founded Scotscape with a vision to transform London’s landscapes through expert garden and grounds maintenance. What began as a small venture has evolved into a pioneering journey, and I am proud to lead a passionate team dedicated to integrating nature and technology to enhance urban biodiversity.

At Scotscape Smartscape, innovation drives everything we do. Our commitment to research and development ensures that we stay at the cutting edge of urban greening, creating solutions that enable planting to thrive in the built environment, even in the most challenging locations.

Jake Woods

With a background in landscaping and horticulture and a passion for architecture and sustainable urban development, Jake brings a uniquely holistic perspective to his role as Commercial Director.

He studied Real Estate at Westminster University (RICS accredited), where he gained invaluable insight into the built environment from a developer’s point of view; blending this academic grounding with hands-on knowledge of construction and surveying.

Jake joined Scotscape in 2017 as part of our estimating team, and his dedication, attention to detail, and strategic mindset saw him rise quickly into a senior leadership role. Today he plays a key part in shaping our commercial direction, balancing creativity with commercial rigour to help deliver smart, sustainable landscapes across the UK.

Gareth Manning

With over 15 years of experience in landscape construction and project management, Gareth brings a depth of technical expertise and operational insight to every project he leads. His background spans the full project lifecycle from site preparation and procurement, through to delivery and handover across high-spec residential landscapes and complex public realm installations.

Before joining Scotscape, Gareth led complex builds across London always with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. He’s known for expanding teams, improving systems, and nurturing talent, with a particular flair for turning challenges into streamlined, profitable outcomes.

At Scotscape, Gareth oversees the planning, delivery and installation of our living wall and landscape projects. He works closely with our design and installation teams to ensure that every element, from technical detailing to site logistics, is considered, coordinated, and executed to the highest standard.

His methodical approach and practical problem-solving are key to delivering smooth, successful outcomes on even the most challenging sites.

Alexander Fitzgerald

With over 18 years immersed in the horticulture industry, Alexander brings a rare blend of creative vision and technical precision to every project. A graduate of Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Design (Honours) in Architectural Studies, he majored in both Architectural Design and Landscape Architecture, laying the foundation for his holistic approach to shaping the built environment.

Alexander’s expertise stretches across subtropical and temperate zones, giving him a rich understanding of plant behaviour and the nuances of microclimates. From large-scale commercial landscapes to bespoke residential gardens and complex living wall systems, he thrives on delivering thoughtful, sustainable designs that breathe life into urban spaces.

Driven by a genuine passion for connecting people with nature, Alexander doesn’t just design landscapes; he crafts experiences. His calm, collaborative nature, paired with a sharp eye for detail and exceptional communication skills, makes him a trusted partner from concept to completion.

Matthew Dickinson

With decades of experience in landscape management and a passion for getting the details right, Matt brings precision, leadership, and commercial insight to our living wall maintenance team. As Contracts Manager, he ensures that every project under his watch runs smoothly, efficiently and to the highest standards—on time and on budget.

Before joining Scotscape, Matt held senior roles in both operational and account management, overseeing award-winning landscaping projects across the UK. He has worked closely with major commercial clients such as David Lloyd, Whitbread, and Mitchells & Butlers, earning a reputation for excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction.

His background as a company director and national account manager gives him a rare breadth of perspective—from hands-on service technician knowledge to strategic business development. Calm under pressure and highly organised, Matt is a natural team leader who inspires confidence among colleagues and clients alike.

Olivia Myatt

Passionate about sustainability and green innovation, Olivia brings energy, creativity, and commercial insight to the Scotscape team.

With a degree in International Business, Olivia has developed strong skills in marketing, customer relations, and project management, all of which support our goal of helping businesses grow through eco-conscious strategies.

Drawn to Scotscape’s mission of delivering living landscapes that benefit both people and the planet, Olivia is excited to help clients realise the potential of sustainable design. Her ability to build meaningful relationships coupled with sharp commercial awareness makes for a valuable addition to the business development team.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys travelling, tennis, and experimenting with vertical gardening — a hobby that reflects her enthusiasm for innovation in green technologies.

Sorin Harhata

Sorin has been a valued member of the Scotscape team since 2018.

As an Installation Supervisor, he combines plant knowledge with exceptional technical ability to deliver every project to the highest standard. Known for his precision and attention to detail, Sorin ensures each installation is completed to perfection, from fitting subframes and modules to fine tuning irrigation systems.

His expertise in diagnosing and resolving irrigation issues keeps living walls healthy and thriving long after installation. Driven, meticulous, and passionate about quality, Sorin plays a vital role in bringing each installation to life with reliability, care, and craftsmanship.

Robbie Cunningham

Robbie plays a key role in bringing our living wall systems to life.

As an Installation Technician, he combines practical skill with a keen eye for detail to ensure every wall is fitted and finished to perfection. From preparing and securing subframes to installing modules and irrigation systems, Robbie’s work demands precision, teamwork, and adaptability, often in complex or high-access environments.

His growing knowledge of plants and living systems ensures that installations not only look their best but are set up to thrive long-term.

Florand (Flo) Gaspri

Florand has been a valued member of Scotscape since 2010, bringing over a decade of hands-on expertise in living wall maintenance and irrigation systems. His deep understanding of plant care, irrigation performance, and system troubleshooting ensures every wall he maintains continues to thrive.

Florand’s experience spans across a wide range of living wall technologies, and his attention to detail guarantees the highest standards of service.

Known for his reliability and professionalism, he takes great pride in keeping each installation healthy, efficient, and beautiful — helping us deliver outstanding results for clients year after year.

Nadia Rasell

Nadia joins Scotscape as a Living Wall Plant Technician, bringing extensive experience in both interior and exterior plant environments.

She has managed and maintained over 50 sites across Melbourne and New Zealand, from corporate offices to luxury gardens, combining technical plant expertise with a keen eye for design. Skilled in plant care, pest management, and environmental monitoring, Nadia ensures every living wall thrives.

Her background in landscaping, indoor plant styling, and creative ventures like vintage curation reflects her versatility and problem-solving approach.

Outside work, she enjoys exploring the countryside, gardening, and expressing her creativity through drawing, knitting, and digital design.
