Goodman's Fields

A unique oasis in the heart of London

Goodman's Fields is a truly unique mixed-use development by Berkeley homes in the heart of the City of London, ideally located for Canary Wharf, The Docklands and The South Bank. The development comprises a selection of high quality studios and one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as retail and commercial space, student accommodation and a hotel.

We were responsible for the development of the magnificent landscaped areas and have supplied and installed over 2,000 square metres of granite paving, over 500 linear metres of granite coping and over 400 square metres of dry stone slate cladding. We have also planted 16 Carpinus Betulus Pleached trees (each five to six metres tall), over 4,000 shrubs and will shortly be planting around 5,000 bulbs.

Award winning architects Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, together with Murdoch Wickham Landscape Architects have ensured the highest quality design, architecture and landscaping - as well as maximising the green public space.
