Round three of Lockdown and the Scotscape Groundscape team are ready and prepared
Happy New Year to our customers and industry colleagues.
As we enter 2021 straight into the third country-wide lockdown we are here to support you and your facilities management with the same steady hand you have experienced throughout these exceptional times.
The nature of our work enables much of our grounds maintenance and landscape management to continue. Keeping gardens safe, tidy and vibrant really does make a difference to clients across our portfolio. We have all learnt that it is vital for mental health to enjoy nature and have access to green space, maintaining grounds to the highest standard to enable the full enjoyment of urban spaces takes on a new slant – not only to deliver expected gardening practices but to support resident’s health during lockdown.
- We will be continuing with all aspects of contracted works and new business.
- Employees and the general public are at our forefront of our safety process and will continue to adopt recommended PPE precautions. We equip all of our teams with masks, gloves, sanitiser, we train and monitor our staff with any ongoing changes to government guidelines.
- Following a review of the first lockdown our works were greeted with positivity across the portfolio which was key to ensuring all Health and Safety site aspects were attended to, gardens continued to be maintained to the highest standards for those working from home to enjoy. Our clients agreed that continuation of maintenance was cost effective as it allowed consistency across the sites mitigating the need for costly rejuvenation works should maintenance not have been actioned.
We are here to assist and support our customers through this time and look forward to delivering great garden maintenance throughout 2021.
