Scotscape is delighted to have completed two interior living walls at the London office of Grosvenor one of the worlds largest privately-owned businesses. Grosvenor develop, manage and invest in property in more than 60 cities around the world.
Incorporating vertical greening into this communal space enjoyed by staff and clients’ alike reflects Grosvenor’s clear mission ‘to deliver lasting commercial and social benefit’ to their properties. Designed and planted to create not only a beautiful aesthetic but also to boost air quality, these two living walls measure a total of 32m2.
Upon completion it was heartening to receive the following comments from Miles Brown of Grosvenor Britain & Ireland:
‘I have just returned from leave and have viewed the completed living walls for the first time. I must say that they exceed my expectations in every way. I have been absolutely delighted by what you and the Scotscape team have delivered to the Grosvenor Office.
In terms of project delivery, I wholly appreciated your flexible and tenacious approach to solving the problems that our somewhat quirky building presented. I know that it cost Scotscape both time and money that had not been anticipated and I thought that it was to your great credit that you got the job done so efficiently and with good humour.’
Angus Cunningham says ‘It is heartening to receive such positive feedback about our professional installation teams for this prestigious project. We look forward to maintaining the living wall moving forward and to our continued work with Grosvenor’.
